Shipment Policy
At OpenTalks, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our

the moment of purchase to the moment you begin your journey with us. Below is
our shipment policy for OpenTalks products:
Digital Card Delivery
- Instant Delivery: All OpenTalks digital cards are delivered instantly upon
purchase. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a
download link via email to access your digital cards in digital format. No
physical shipment is involved for digital products.
- Download Link: The email containing the download link will be sent to the
email address provided during the purchase. Please ensure your email
address is entered correctly during checkout.
- Accessing Digital Cards: You will be able to download the digital cards
directly from the provided link. If you experience any difficulty downloading
the content, please contact us at support@realpeopleskills.com for
assistance.
Expert Session Scheduling
- No Physical Shipment: Expert sessions with Sanjay Thakur are virtual and
do not require physical shipment. Once your session is confirmed, you will
receive an email with the session details, including the date, time, and
platform (e.g., Zoom, phone, or another medium) for the consultation.
- Session Confirmation: After your purchase of an expert session, you will
receive a confirmation email. If you need to reschedule, please follow the
rescheduling instructions outlined in our Return and Refund Policy. Please
ensure you have provided the correct contact details to receive session-
related emails.
Shipment Exceptions
- Technical Issues: If you experience any issues with receiving your digital
download link or session confirmation email, please reach out to us at
support@realpeopleskills.com. We will resolve any technical issues as
quickly as possible, typically within 48 hours.
International Shipping
- As all OpenTalks products are digital in nature, there are no physical
shipments involved in any of our offerings. Therefore, international shipping
is not applicable.

Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing OpenTalks, where we create a space for meaningful
conversations, insights, and personal growth. By purchasing OpenTalks digital cards
and expert sessions, you agree to the following return and refund policy:
Digital Cards Purchase
- No Returns or Exchanges: Once purchased, OpenTalks digital cards are non-
returnable and non-refundable. We encourage you to carefully review the
content and the topic of the cards before making a purchase. All sales are final
upon successful payment and download.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties with downloading
or accessing your digital cards, please reach out to us at
support@realpeopleskills.com. We will work to resolve any issues
promptly.
Expert Session Purchase
- No Refunds: Expert sessions with Sanjay Thakur are non-refundable. Once
the session has been booked, there will be no refunds issued for cancellations
or no-shows.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your expert session, you must
inform us within 7 days of the purchase by emailing
support@realpeopleskills.com with your request. Sessions can be
rescheduled only once, and the new session must be scheduled within a
reasonable timeframe as agreed upon with our team.
- No Exchange of Topics: Once a session is booked for a specific topic, there
will be no exchange of topics. If you wish to change the subject matter, a new
session will need to be purchased for the new topic.
- Failure to Reschedule: If a session is not rescheduled within the given 7-day
period or the 7-day notice is not provided for rescheduling, the session will be
considered forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be possible.
General Terms
- Availability of Sessions: Expert sessions with Sanjay Thakur are subject to
availability. Please book early to ensure the date and time that works best for
you.
- Communication: All communication related to rescheduling, technical
issues, or any other concerns must be sent to
support@realpeopleskills.com. We aim to respond to all inquiries within
48 hours of receiving your email.
