I remember the early years of my life when I stepped out into the world, freshly graduated from senior secondary. My college required me to attend early morning classes, and the 30-minute brisk walk to campus was just the beginning. Transitioning from my school uniform to embracing college life took time—and a lot of courage.
Looking back at my early work experiences, and the usual milestones—I realize I was still a "work half-done." I wasn’t fully in touch with my potential and lacked key insights and critical skills.
Here’s what I’ve learned:
As long as we remain somebody else's "unfinished work," we can’t grow in our careers or find fulfillment in our relationships. People come to us to benefit from our expertise, not to point out where we still need improvement.
At RealPeopleSkills, we listen to your journey and help you complete the work that’s waiting to be done—not just for you, but for the world. So you can step into your full potential, lead a rewarding career, and live a life that feels truly fulfilling.
Never be people’s work. Instead, be their source of power and joy.
