Steps to Growth

Living, learning, succeeding, failing, unlearning, relearning, and scaling—these have been the milestones of my 57-year journey.

Reflecting on my childhood, I vividly recall being self-organized, disciplined, and self-motivated. 

As I grew older, my curiosity expanded beyond academics. I found purpose in small daily tasks and responsibilities, which helped me build emotional awareness and decision-making skills.

I established my own self-government, living by my own rules, and embracing autonomy. With freedom came responsibility—a lesson I internalized early on. I developed a vision for my life and began pursuing it with focus and intent.

Clarity in your career: Whether within or beyond the traditional 12+4+2 education system, not everyone can afford the luxury of attending a university. Start with a hustle that builds knowledge and skills to earn your first million as early as possible.

Plan for financial independence: Define when you want to stop working and the financial security you aim to achieve by that point.

Seek responsibilities: They prepare you for tomorrow's challenges and open doors to opportunities.

Embrace resilience: People will come and go, but you must remain steadfast and true to yourself.

Prepare for the unexpected: Life is unpredictable. Don’t hunt for certainty—focus on building the ability to adapt and thrive in any situation.

Seek happiness beyond money: True happiness transcends wealth and material comfort. Find joy in purpose, relationships, and meaningful pursuits.
